Feel free to drop by anytime! The centre is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, and also on evenings if there is an activity going on. You can also give us a call if you have any questions, or click here to email us!
The Stepping Stone Senior Centre at 15 Saunders Street is open Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm and some evenings depending on activity. We offer older adults friendly, affordable and accessible programs and services that enhance quality of life, and provide opportunities to learn new things and share experience and talents. SSSC is a nice place for people to meet others for coffee, tea and good company. A monthly events calendar is available. Membership is $20 per year (Jan-Dec). You can also "try us out" for a couple of weeks.

Mondays - The Writing Group, Modified Tai Chi, Seated Tai Chi, Drop-In Bridge and Japanese Lessons
Tuesdays - GroupFit class, Drop in Tennis, Art Lessons, Belly Dancing, Stepping Stone Troubadours, Cryptic Crossword and Drop in Darts
Wednesdays - Line Dancing, French Circle, Outreach Program, The Forum, and Duplicate Bridge
Thursdays - GroupFit class, Stepping Stone Singers, Craft Group, Puppets
Fridays - Coffee and Conversation, Pilates, Monthly Potluck, Drop in Cards, The Walkers and Drop in Bridge

Volunteers are an important
factor in keeping the Stepping
Stone Senior Centre open.
There are many ways you can
volunteer here at the Centre,
and we are always looking for
more people to help out.
You could work at our
Welcome Desk. We try to
have 2 volunteers for each shift.
The shifts are from 9:00-12:30 and
from 12:15-4:00.
